Company Overview

Takushin Corporation became an independent concern when it separated from the main production plant at Isshin Manufacturing in October 2002. The name “Takushin” incorporates Taku, meaning trust; Kaitaku, meaning to break ground; Shin, meaning growth; and another Shin, meaning progress. Our motto is to deliver higher-quality products and greater reliability, and we are committed to evolving as a business alongside our customers.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

Takushin Corporation offers an integrated production process for metal products that encompasses assembly, welding, and machining. We accommodate large-, medium-, and small-scale production and machining of mass-produced and single items. Super-hard tools are machined and manufactured with specialist machinery. We also offer hand grinding to cater to highly specialized, precision-critical applications.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

Located in Hamadori, on the east coast of Fukushima Prefecture, we are committed to helping the long-term project to restore safe conditions at the site of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant (damaged in the 2011 disaster). Takushin Corporation hopes to continue its involvement as part of the decommissioning project.
